I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from University of Toronto and am licensed to work with Adults. I have worked in a wide range of settings, including inpatient and outpatient hospital programs, a university counselling centre, and private practices throughout Ontario and Newfoundland & Labrador. I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider with Postpartum Support International (2024).
In therapy, I work primarily from a cognitive-behavioural perspective using CBT and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). I integrate elements of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and emotion-focused approaches when appropriate. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy-Enhanced (CBT-E) and ACT for the treatment of adults with eating issues, and work from a health at every size approach (HAES). My speciality areas include the treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, anxiety (general and social anxiety), and depression.
I’m a mother to a boisterous toddler, and have been practicing and teaching yoga for over 15 years. I love music, and spending time outdoors in all seasons.

I earned my Masters of Science in Mental Health Counselling from Long Island University in Brooklyn, New York and am licensed to work with Adults. My clinical experience includes work at multiple outpatient mental health clinics with a variety of clients, from children to adults, under a multicultural lens. I treat a broad range of client concerns, including anxiety, depression, panic disorder, grief, and managing life transitions.
I fortified my expertise at a women’s health clinic specializing in postpartum depression, with additional training and certification in theperinatal period. In addition, I provide couples treatment in the context of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I am passionate about providing a safe space for unfettered communication while using models that include CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness Interventions.
I enjoy exploring the world through the eyes of my toddler and "furry dog daughter".

I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from University of Toronto and work under the supervision of Dr. Haller treating Adults. I also hold a position as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Neuroscience and Neuropsychology at York University. In addition to treating anxiety disorders and depression, I am passionate about working with adults who are survivors of traumatic experiences (e.g., violence, accidents, and childhood adversity), as well as individuals who are navigating chronic and physically disabling illness. My services are covered by any major insurance company that offers coverage for Clinical Psychologists in Ontario.
I enjoy photography, exploring new cultures through music and cuisine, and a good game of scrabble.
